With Dutch and French legend stating ‘Diest Poort, Poort Utrecht, ‘t Vierkant’.  Published by Antonine de Prevost d’ Exile’s “Histoire Generale des Voyages” (From a Dutch edition by Pierre de Hondt). Engraved by J. van Schley.

Jakob van der Schley (1715-1779) was a Dutch draughtsman and engraver, who studied under Bernard Picart.
