An antique hand-coloured lithograph of Batavia by German cartographer and publisher, Friedrich Johann Bertuch (1747-1822).

This lithograph shows an illustration of days activities in canal street of Kali Besar, that located directly in front of the large dome building which is the New Dutch Church (De Nieuwe Hollandsche Kerk)

Measurements : 370 x 330 mm (in FRAME)

Conditions: Good, slight toning in the middle.
