Description: Antique map titled ‘Carte Générale de la Russie d’Asie et des régions polaires boréales’. Large map of Russia and the Arctic Ocean. From the Pole, the map extends through all of northern Asia and Russia, including European and eastern Russia, and as far southward as China. Mountain ranges and rivers and all cities are clearly depicted. An inset in the lower right quadrant features Greenland, Labrador, and the area around the Hudson Bay.
